Dr Jayasankar Prasad C (Dr Jay) is a management professional with extensive experience in organisation leadership, policy formulation, project consulting, and implementation. He has managed senior management portfolios in both government and private organisations. He is also the Honorary Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship at the International Centre for Free and Open-Source Software (ICFOSS), as well as a Mentor and curriculum committee member for the Additional Skill Acquisition Program. He is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering from College of Engineering Trivandrum (CET) and has done his postgraduation in Business Administration and PhD in management from Kerala University. He has undergone trainings in Financing large projects (MDP ) from IIM Kozhikode and Business Excellence and Leadership Program (BELP) from Tata Quality Management Services. He has noted professional stints in TCS , ICICI Kinfra and Avt McCormick , ICSFOSS, KSITM and Vizhinjam Port and is recognised much for his work in building the startup Ecosystem in Kerala as the founder CEO of Kerala StartUP Mission (KSUM). He has played a pivotal role in setting up institutions like the ICT Academy of Kerala and the IIIT Kottayam as a Special officer for these projects. He is actively associated with the skilling and startup ecosystems and acts as a mentor to startups and businesses.

Dr. (Colonel) PS James has just joined the DCSMAT’s fully residential campus at Vagamon as ‘Director of MBA and campus head, Vagamon. Dr. James is a veteran, highly accomplished Army officer who has served in the United Nations and in many coveted appointments in the Army including Army Headquarters. He is an expert in leadership development and psychometrics and has special skills in grooming young and ambitious students into exceptional managers. Dr. James earned his MBA with credits from the University of Manitoba, Canada, and has an M.Sc in Psychology, a Ph.D. in Stress and Performance of Junior Leaders, and an M.Sc in Defence Studies. He is certified to conduct several psychometric tests for student development such as iStrong, and Psychometrics related to Interpersonal Relationships, stress, personality, and entrepreneurial Orientation, and is known for designing Integrated Transformational Leadership Psychometrics and Leadership Development which is his own research work. He commenced his academic career as the founding director of Saintgits Institute of Management. Later, he spent over 7 years in TAPMI, Manipal, one of the renounced MBA institute in India followed by tenures in IMT, Ghaziabad, director Asian School of Business (ASB) Thiruvanathapuram, and Professor of Leadership in Jagdish Sheth School of Management (JAGSoM), Bangalore. He is an academic leader with strong exposure within and outside Kerala alike. He is also a highly accomplished academic person with two text books published by Pearson, one of the most renowned publishers in the world. His latest work on Organizational Behaviour is co-authored with noted authors Stephen Robbins and Timothy Judge, world leaders in the subject. He has many international publications to his credit on Transformational Leadership, personality, dance and creativity, yoga and creativity, inspirational language, health practices and performance and so on. His performance management tool developed along with his esteemed MBA student from Kerala has been copyrighted. He is also an expert PhD Guide with six students who have completed their PhD in novel subjects such as Inspirational language, cinematic dance to enhance creativity and so on and is a leading PhD guide of TAPMI, Manipal. His special expertise on leadership was sought by Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration where our IAS Officers’ are trained. Above all, Dr. James, with his personal mission of “training young people to be globally competitive”, has very special expertise in diagnosing the strength and weaknesses of aspiring MBA students, and guiding them into a career track to make them successful in their first career and life. His mentoring expertise is par excellence and he has special tools and techniques and coaching skills to make MBA students excel.
