The meeting started with the welcoming the participant members by the Chair Person. Following were the discussions and recommended actions on the listed Agenda.
Agenda Discussions / Recommendations
The committee reviewed the progress made on action items from the meeting held on 6 February 2025. It was noted that the dedicated communication channel has been effectively established, and all members have been added and oriented.
Members were reminded to maintain confidential records of any reports, inquiries, and resolutions, even if no complaints have been received.
With the Committee members’ approval, Ms. Fathima Beevi, Assistant Professor, was appointed as new Chairperson from 10/06/2025.

The Chairperson, with a thanking note, concluded the meeting at 5.30 pm.
ACTION TAKEN:
WhatsApp group is fully operational and used regularly for communication.
Planning for awareness sessions initiated.
