GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL COMMITTEE
The Grievance Redressal System is a vital part of the College. The College has the responsibility to provide a secure and contented environment to all its Staff and Students. The Grievance Redressal Committee has been formed in the College as per the UGC guidelines to redress the grievances of both the staff and the students.

Functions of the Grievance and Redressal Committee
To monitor complaints from both students and staff concerning the system..
To establish and put into action a system for addressing the reported complaints.
To forward the results to the Management when deemed necessary for subsequent actions.
To listen to, record, and investigate grievances from staff and students promptly and thoroughly, and take the necessary actions
To prioritize grievances based on their authenticity and seriousness
To forward grievances to the relevant department, such as maintenance, transportation, academics, or amenities
To organize regular meetings to assess the resolution status of the grievances
To conduct regular follow-ups on these issues until they are ultimately resolved
To keep the grievances confidential, if necessary
There should be a minimum 4 meetings in an academic year each per quarter and meetings can be conducted on a need basis
The coordinator must prepare the meeting minutes along with geo tagged photos and present the report duly signed by every member to the IQAC within 15 days of the meeting
- Soft copy of the above should be handed over to the IQAC and Hard copy must be maintained by the committee head
