‘Gallop’ is an in-house training programme designed primarily to hone communication and leadership skills in our students. The programme empowers students to face the campus placement process with confidence and exhibit their potential to future employers. As a part of the program students imbibe social graces and soft skills essential for a successful corporate career. Attendance and active participation are mandatory. Fines as applicable to regular academic sessions will be levied from absentees. 

The objective of the programme is to nurture personality development, improve communication and interpersonal skills, leadership skills, social etiquette, performance in group discussions and personal interviews. The learning methodology comprises a varied mix of methods, incorporating mock interviews, group discussions, management games, role play and debate.
