Ajaya Kumar G

Ajaya Kumar G is a seasoned product designer with over three decades of industry experience under his belt. His educational journey began with a BTech in Mechanical Engineering from TKM College of Engineering, Quilon, followed by a Master’s Degree in Design (MDes) from the esteemed Industrial Design Centre at IIT Bombay. Kicking off his design career at Wipro Lighting in Aurangabad back in 1993, he later transitioned to the Technopark Trivandrum campus to further enrich his professional trajectory.

His expertise lies in the realms of consumer product design and lighting design-from conceptualization to market realization. In recent decades, he has dedicated his efforts predominantly to Digital Product Design, collaborating with renowned multinational corporations based in Technopark, Trivandrum. His passions lie in Human-Centric Design and the enhancement of Customer Experience through innovative design practices. Beyond his professional pursuits, he is deeply committed to sharing his knowledge and expertise as a dedicated design educator.
