DC Kizhakemuri Foundation (DCKF) is a Society registered under the Travancore-Cochin Literary, Scientific and Charitable Societies Registration Act, 1955.

A teacher by profession, DC Kizhakemuri was also a freedom fighter and social activist. Since 1945, the DC Kizhakemuri Foundation, established in his memory, with its headquarters in Kottayam, has played a significant role in promoting art, education and culture in Kerala. The foundation annually awards educational scholarships to indigent students, enabling them to pursue their academic goals in different subjects, besides promoting the reading habit across Kerala by instituting an award to the best rural libraries. The DC Kizhakemuri Foundation also manages and operates the DC School of Management and Technology and the DC School of Architecture and Design on campuses in Vagamon and Trivandrum in Kerala.
