Students underwent a comprehensive personality test designed to identify their key traits, strengths, and areas for improvement. This information was used to categorize them into distinct personality types how their interview and GD should be conducted. The personality types were broadly classified into extroverts, introverts, analytical minds, creative thinkers, and team players. Group discussions were designed to encourage diverse interactions. Analytical minds were given scenarios that required critical thinking, while creative thinkers were tasked with brainstorming sessions. Students were evaluated not only on their performance but also on their ability to adapt and apply their unique strengths in professional situations. By aligning scenarios with their personalities, students felt more confident in navigating professional challenges, leading to improved performance in subsequent interviews.

Students were given guidelines on the general understanding on the fundamentals of a job interview, such as appropriate clothing, appropriate body language, and proper manners. The mock interview sessions were conducted which equipped them to understand how to make a compelling elevator pitch to introduce themselves, and have them go over their resumes so they’ll be prepared to talk about their backgrounds, experiences, and abilities. Questions specified on behavioural aspects gave students precise examples of their experiences and accomplishments which will help them to prepare in advance.
