The 32- acre DC Educational Township is a student’s home away from home, nestled in a lush valley near Vagamon, a hill station in the mountains of the Western Ghats. The self-contained residential campus provides a safe and healthy environment for students to live and learn with each other, guided and mentored by the faculty and their peers. Accommodations and learning spaces in the campus are comfortable, hygienic and adhere to international standards. Along with the well-balanced and hygienic diet provided in the common dining area a cafeteria also serves campus residents. Residents may also avail open and safe spaces for recreation, a gymnasium and courts for different games, a canteen and bakery. Additional domestic requirements are met by the on-campus supermarket and laundry.
The 2-year program is divided into 4 semesters with an average duration of 6 months each. The program is designed incorporating perceptive research and hands-on experience in varied sets of industry practices. The college is affiliated to the Mahatma Gandhi University and offers dual specialisations in management.
The 5-year B. Arch course is approved by the Council of Architecture, New Delhi, and the college is affiliated with Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala.
