We have MoU with local Hospital – Bishop Vayalil Medical Centre Moolamattom Idukki Dist Kerala is a 200 bedded multi specialty hospital. Tie up with local clinics in Vagamon Town nearby 8 km. Own Ambulance with all the facilities and in campus first AID facility.

First Aid, Medical and Counseling Facilities 

DCSMAT provides health care facility to the students by offering First-Aid and other basic facilities.Further it has also taken Group Insurance Medical policy from which covers all the lives of faculty, and staff. DCSMAT has a facility of doctor on call to act on emergency and a health centre with a trained nurse. A well-equipped ambulance with driver is available within the campus throughout 24/7. Full-fledged medical facilities are available in campus. We have primary care at campus and Vagamon, secondary care at Moolamattom and Tertiary care at Thodupuzha. A 24X7 ambulance care service is provided for emergency and non-emergency situations in campus to transport or respond to the critical incidents. Medical rooms have been earmarked to segregate or quarantine students suffering from infectious diseases. The bio bubble implemented has ensured zero corona cases in the campus. Emergency Medical Portal Boxes containing essential medicines are available with Wardens for minor ailments besides ambulatory emergency care. A working arrangement has been arrived at with Life Line hospital Vagamon as emergency response agency to support health emergencies. A filled in health card will be recorded after the consultation with the doctor which is given below.
