A residential program for architecture and design - unique benefits

Both architecture and design require that students to broaden their perspectives, imbibing and learning from their surroundings, peers and their teachers. A residential program facilitates this experience. DCSAAD’s residential programs offer our students distinctive advantages:

  • Living, studying and socialising together provides DCSAAD students opportunities to learn from each other in a spirit of collaboration.
  • Living and working together fosters a feeling of community where all faculty and students become an extended family.
  • Living on campus provides students opportunities to participate in the various on-campus activities on offer throughout the year.
  • Weekends on the DC campus are as energetic as weekdays with students participating in special tours, workshops and in special interest clubs.
  • Resident faculty live alongside their students offering academic mentoring and emotional support, contributing to the holistic development of their wards.
