Mr. Jayashankar.J is a seasoned academic professional with extensive knowledge and experience in accounting, finance, marketing, taxation, public administration, and business administration. His qualifications and certifications span a wide range of disciplines, equipping him with both theoretical and practical expertise across commerce, management, and public policy. Mr. Jayashankar’s core skills and expertise cover both academic and administrative functions, including class management, curriculum development, student counselling and mentoring, assessment and evaluation and extra-curricular involvements. He is skilled in structuring innovative teaching and research methodologies that promote student engagement and commitment. He has been nominated as a question paper setter for various disciplines by Tamil Nadu Open University, Chennai, India.

He represented India as part of the Indian delegation in a global workshop titled “Accelerating SMEs & Startups’ Digitalization through Public-Private Partnership for Inclusive and Sustainable Industrial Development,” organized by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO), United Nations Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR), and the Industrial and Technology Promotion Office-Seoul, held in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

He has 8 years of teaching and research experience at prestigious institutions, including the Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham(Deemed to be University), Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science(Deemed to be University), and Chettinad Academy of Research and Education(Deemed to be University), with diverse roles such as  Assistant Professor, Academic Coordinator, University Scholarship Officer, Department in Charge and Coordinator, Social Awareness Campaign Coordinator, Sports and Arts Coordinator and so on.

He has inaugurated and chaired sessions at various seminars and conferences and delivered invited lectures at numerous universities and colleges. Additionally, he served as a moderator for the “Collaborative Interactive Session of Students on the Three New Criminal Laws,” organized by Dr. Ambedkar Government Law College in Puducherry under the NYAYA OLI PROJECT, sponsored by the Department of Justice, Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India.
