Assistant Professor
Aswin, an avid automobile enthusiast turned designer, after doing his Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering went on to pursue his Master’s in Transportation and Automobile Design from National Institute of Design, Gujarat.
He is having almost a decade of experience in business and design. He had been working in the startup space since 2021 as an automotive designer in Zitto Motors Pvt. Ltd. where he is currently a partner and the Head of Design responsible in creating and leading the design of the vehicles in the company. Apart from that he co-founded the design studio named Studio Elemento, where he is currently the Chief Creative Officer, having clients like Aoki Mobility, Micae, ToyCulture, Queenside Academy, etc.
Due to his passion in teaching and mentoring, he had been working as a visiting faculty in institutes like Mantra Academy, Thinc Institute of Design, etc.
He joined DC School of Architecture and Design, Trivandrum as an Assistant Professor in the Design Department.
