Institutional Development Plan

 The school makes 5-year strategic plan which is reviewed for implementation every year by the IQAC and FC to identify the gaps and resolve the issues. These deliberations are intimated to the BoG for guidance and instructions. Currently, strategy plan 2023-28 has commenced. The new strategic plan is formulated sometime at the beginning of the plan commencing the calendar year so that it can be implemented in the academic year (AY) following the commencement year. For example, the strategic plan 2023-28 which has been put in operation in April 2023 will become execution ready from the AY 2023-24 onwards.

The key highlights of the current strategic plan are:

  1. Operationalizing transformation through the T-shaped professional model to implement the ‘professionalism’ component in Mission M1; i.e., “we focus on imparting Knowledge for stakeholders to create and develop professionalism in the business world”
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

1.    Defining the fully residential campus as a crucible for experimental learning that simulates the conditions in an organization and focuses on the generic competencies for learner success.

2.    Career Track Focus and understanding short-term vs. long-term learner success.

3.    Introduction of the hexagonal purpose statement.

4.    Integrated Leadership Psychometrics.

5.    Leveraging the integrated liberal professional campus.

6.    Expressing the strategic imperatives in terms of goal, objectives, measures of success, and Owner.
