This 5 year course addresses challenges and opportunities through contemporary pedagogies in architectural education. Approved by the Council of Architecture, New Delhi and affiliated to the APJ Abdul Kalam Technology University, the program adopts a holistic, integrated and sustainable approach through traditional and contemporary teaching learning practices. The program enhances distinctive individual professional perspectives in students besides their sense of responsibility as social beings. A graduate in any discipline with a minimum 50% marks in aggregate. Students who have completed their graduation from universities other than MG University/University of Kerala should obtain & submit an eligibility/equivalency certificate from MG/Kerala university. SC/ST/OEC/OBC students are eligible for relaxation in qualification benchmarks as prescribed by Government/University/AICTE norms. Eligible students must appear for a Group Discussion & Personal Interview (GD/PI), conducted either online or at various locations across the state, as notified by our Admissions Office from time to time.

The Trivandrum city campus of the DC School of architecture and design spreads over 2.5 acres and is equipped with spacious and well lit studios, a library with an exhaustive collection of books and periodicals on art and architecture, an extensively equipped computer lab and a material museum.
