This two-year Master’s programme in Business Management is divided into four semesters, with an average duration of six months each. The programme embraces rigorous theoretical learning and research, combined with hands-on exposure to diverse industry practices and periodic interactions with domain experts.
A mandatory internship forms an integral part of the curriculum, enabling students to gain real-world managerial experience in reputed organizations. The internship provides practical exposure to functional areas such as marketing, finance, human resources, operations, and analytics, allowing students to apply classroom concepts to live business situations. Students are required to undertake project work during the internship, culminating in a structured report and evaluation, thereby strengthening their analytical, problem-solving, and professional competencies.
The practical projects undertaken throughout the programme further extend theoretical knowledge into real-world applications. This experiential learning approach incorporates case studies, business writing, role plays, group assignments, live projects, and computer simulations, fostering critical thinking, teamwork, and decision-making skills. Together, these elements prepare graduates to meet the dynamic challenges of the contemporary business environment.
