Objective

 Assess students’ understanding of the role of culture in organizational dynamics through the administration of a culture assessment questionnaire, emphasizing the impact of cultural diversity on workplace behavior and communication.

Activity

 Assessing classroom culture. The questionnaire was given to the students, and they identified the classroom as a more structured one in culture than neutral or unstructured.
