With over three decades of experience in Product Design, User Experience Design, and teaching, Ajaya Kumar has worked across industrial, consumer, and digital domains, guiding products from concept to market with deep expertise in user-centric design processes, evaluation, and documentation. His career includes international UX consulting, mentoring and training students and young professionals, and holding senior design leadership roles across the industry. He has a master’s degree in Product Design from IDC, IIT Bombay, and a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from TKMCE, Quilon, Kerala. His core strengths span Product Design, UX Design, design strategy, project management, agile methodologies, and teaching.
