Ms. Neethu Lekshmi M J is a passionate and dedicated educator with 7+ years of teaching experience in Accounting, Finance, Capital Market, Quantitative techniques and Human Resource Management. Her academic journey reflects a commitment to continuous learning and pedagogical innovation, with active involvement in curriculum development, research guidance and academic evaluation. She is currently pursing PhD in Management from University of Kerala, with her research focusing on emerging trends in investor behaviour and the evolving dynamics of stock market advisory services. Her doctoral work reflects a strong analytical orientation and a keen interest in bridging theoretical frameworks with practical implications in the financial domain, underscoring her commitment to advancing scholarly contributions in the field of management research. Her academic qualifications include UGC NET(Management), MBA with dual specialization in Finance and HR and M.com in Finance.
