Vipin Sebastian is an Architect and Urban Planner with professional expertise in Interior Design, spatial planning, and contemporary architectural practice. He is the founder and principal of VSN Designers & Developers, design firm delivering a wide range of residential, commercial, and institutional projects across Kerala.With a strong interest in Geospatial Technologies, his academic and research engagements focus on Land Use–Land Cover (LULC) analysis, Land Surface Temperature (LST) mapping, and the application of GIS in sustainable urban development and planning.His design excellence has been recognized in the public domain, with one of his architectural projects being featured in Manorama Veedu, reflecting his commitment to context-responsive, innovative, and high-quality design solutions.
